New Journey, a Genesis10 company, is actively seeking a SiteManager for a full time 3- month Contract position with potentialfor extension or conversion.
Compensation:
$34.00 per hour The mainfunction of a Site Manager is to coordinate all aspects of propertymanagement, maintenance, and record keeping. The Site Manager isresponsible for all policies and procedures related to facilitysafety and well-being.
Job Responsibilities:
Acts as the primaryliaison with the client, coordinating staff, financials, andvendors as needed for successful building operations. Coordinaterepairs, maintenance and site inspections. Respond positively andpromptly to requests from client and occupants. Ensuredocumentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, andwell-maintained. Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery,equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems. Plan, administer,and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent workexperience in Facilities Management with management/technicalemphasis. MBA is a plus 6 years industry experience required eitherin the corporate environment, third party service provider, or asconsultant Strong leadership & management skills Stronginterpersonal skills Strong communication and presentation skillsManage both technical and administrative staff Proficient in MSprograms such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Computerproficiency in CMMS systems Only candidates available and ready towork directly as New Journey/Genesis10 employees will be consideredfor this position.
