Candidate must be driven, detail, and customer service oriented. This position is located in Tarpon Springs, and Dunedin, FL. Job Specifications Managing and coordinating day-to-day production and schedule adherence on the project Willing to work full-time on-site until the work is completed and accepted Logical and organized approach to completing tasks and solving problems Ability to enforce strict Quality Control requirements Full understanding of all Divisions of work Must have a strong work ethic Ability to forge relationships with client base and trades Ability to discover problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Strictly enforce jobsite safety requirements Other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Experience Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Superintendent role Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Knowledge in construction methods, practices, schedules, logistics, and budgets Must be capable of interpreting a critical path schedule and construction drawings Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision Ability to take initiative, problem-solve and work in a fast-paced setting Professional demeanor in person, online, and via phone with excellent verbal and written communication skills
