Do you take pride in running a clean, safe, and efficient job site? At Bob & Jerry’s Roofing , a faith-based company rooted in HONESTY, INTEGRITY, and QUALITY , we’re looking for a Roofing Installation Supervisor / Job Site Superintendent to oversee our residential and commercial roofing crews.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise roofing crews to ensure installations meet company and industry standards Oversee job site organization, crew productivity, and safety compliance Communicate daily with the Field Operations Manager, customers, and office staff Use our CRM system to complete construction checklists and document project notes and photos Manage delivery of materials and ensure efficient use of resources Handle job site troubleshooting, customer updates, and last-minute scheduling needs Operate dump trailers and manage cleanup/disposal of debris Ensure job timelines are met and quality expectations are exceeded Perform additional field tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED for employment) Able to lift 100 lbs and set up ladders up to 32 ft Comfortable walking roofs from flat up to 8/12 pitch Computer literate and capable of documenting via mobile apps Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and leadership skills Able to operate dump trailers and safely back them into place Fluent in English (spoken and written); bilingual a plus Drug-free and safety-minded Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | Day Shift Occasional Saturdays during busy seasons Overtime available
