We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Manager to join our growing team. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Manager to lead the operations at our sales and service location in Lakeland. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day business activities, including sales support, service operations, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and compliance. This role is key in aligning site-level execution with the company’s overall strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations, including sales and service functions, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Manage service operations, ensuring high-quality technical support, timely service delivery, and customer satisfaction. Lead and develop the team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence. Control budgets and costs, monitor financial performance, and drive operational efficiency. Prepare financial reports and performance dashboards for upper management and collaborate with external accountants on monthly closings and year-end reporting. Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and corporate standards. Manage basic HR functions and administer benefits programs, including health insurance and pension plans. Act as key point of contact, maintaining communication with headquarters and reporting on site performance. Promote a customer-first culture, resolving escalations and building strong client relationships.
