We are seeking a dedicated and motivated assistant project/Construction manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting management’s efforts while ensuring a positive work environment that values quality of line and fosters pride in your work.

Position Overview:

An Assistant Project/Construction Manager is responsible for supporting the administrative and management of the renovation projects. They will work alongside management to steer the projects forward while ensuring quality, time, and budget expectations. The manager will work closely with interior designers and the Sales staff to ensure design elements remains relevant and consistent with the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities to ensure client expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, data, and resources, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. Create and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports, contributing to transparency and accountability. Support the identification of project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the project team. Participate in team meetings, providing input and feedback while promoting a culture of . Foster a by encouraging team members to take pride in their contributions and recognizing their achievements. Help manage project resources, ensuring that team members are supported and workloads are balanced for optimal productivity and job satisfaction. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a related industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. Must be comfortable learning and using technology including the ability to master sector specific software. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, BlueBeam, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
