Civil Construction Project Manager Position Available In Sarasota, Florida

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Construction Project Manager position include: 4-5 years of experience in civil estimating and construction management. Experience with projects ranging from $200,000 to $200 million in scope. Preferred bachelor’s degree in Construction Estimating or related field. Proficiency with estimating and project management tools such as HeavyBid, HeavyJob, and Agtek (Aztec). Expected to work in-office from 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with 50% of time spent on-site locally in Sarasota. No direct reports, but will collaborate with a team of three in-house estimators and one external consultant. Must possess a strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and drive to grow into a future leadership position. Open to candidates from outside Florida who have relevant experience and align with company culture.

Salary:

$100,000 – $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
