Construction Superintendent Coastal Tide Construction Sarasota County, FL Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team and lead on-site operations for upcoming projects. If you’re a natural leader with a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of construction processes, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations at the construction site from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance. Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and schedules. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and inspectors. Experience Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft products.
