Compensation:

$70,000 – $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

This will be a supervisor role and will entail the following but not limited to: Supervise employees on daily tasks and improvements Review Equipment Inspection Reports Daily Become knowledgeable of Operation Plans, County Contract Maintain Site and Employee Safety Become Knowledgeable of recyclable materials and how to process materials Deliver Monthly/Weekly Safety Meetings Maintain Good County Relations Computer skills to Input Daily tonnage, Revenue, and Recycling spreadsheets Close communication with the Supervisor Maintain Facility Infrastructure Produce monthly tonnage reports Follow company policies and procedures, and be able to adapt to changes

Qualifications:

Experience operating equipment such as a Loader, an Excavator, and a Dump truck is preferred.
