New Construction Coordinator Preferred Mechanical Inc 1455 Tallevast Road, Sarasota, FL 34243 Job Summary We are seeking a HVAC Residential New Construction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interfacing with construction superintendents on installation of roughs, trims and scheduling of all RNC housing. This role requires a good understanding of HVAC that pertain to
HVAC RNC.
You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure timely job completion of residential new construction. Duties . Daily Coordination with Dispatch to schedule RNC crews to avoid conflicts. Daily Coordination with building supers for schedules and issues on HVAC installs to ensure efficiency and compliance. Coordinate field service visits to address RNC concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements Experience with RNC Coordinator or similar role in the field. Ability to diffuse critical situations that are time dependent when speaking to building supers. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast paced environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. Excel experience will be needed but not mandatory. We have work year round (no slow downs), paid holidays after 90 days and vacation after 1 year. We have a 90 day probationary period and all benefits start after 90 days.
