The professional candidate we are looking for needs to a proactive, efficient, well-organized and confident individual ready for the responsibility to support the senior project manager for a variety of construction projects, ranging from small interior alterations (50k to 500k) to full scale commercial developments $50M + A background in construction, with experience and understanding of the owner side of a construction project is a benefit. The ability to navigate a projects from concept to occupancy
- programming, site selection, design development, permitting, RFP and construction.
Completed post secondary education in a related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years in design or commercial construction.
Salary:
$70,000.00 to $95,000.00 /year

The role requires proficient skills in Excel, PowerPoint and ability to read and navigate through construction drawings (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural).
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Meeting with stakeholders to review and capture client requirements
- Scheduling, attending and leading project meetings
- Managing the design consultants during the programming, design development and construction
- Coordinating the general contractor during construction execution
- Monitoring and reporting on activities, scheduling and attending client meetings
- Creating and maintaining project status reports
- Budget development and tracking In summary, this role is a Project Manager position, representing the owner during commercial construction projects, accountable for the delivery of the project from initiation to closing
- This role requires moderate travel within SW Florida to various project sites.
Requires a valid Driver’s license and vehicle. Driving between sites would be reimbursed.
