The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and safety. Primary Responsibilities Oversee all phases of commercial plumbing projects, from pre-construction through project closeout Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met Review project specifications, drawings, and submittals for compliance and accuracy Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies Supervise and mentor field personnel and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality assurance protocols, and company procedures Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to leadership Perform other duties as assigned to support overall project and company success Travel Requirements This position requires occasional regional travel to project sites within Florida. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record. Overnight travel is rare but may be necessary for certain projects.
