Reconstruction Project Manager 1.0 1.0 out of 5 stars 6626 26th Court East, Sarasota, FL 34243 FP Property Restoration is seeking a full-time Reconstruction Project Manager to facilitate and review restoration/construction jobs while expanding upon current carrier relationships within the Sarasota territory. This position is responsible for all day-to-day management of assigned repair projects in the defined territory. This includes meeting with homeowners, estimating the project, communicating with insurance adjusters, scheduling, and managing. Qualified candidates must be able to pass the onboarding screening process, which may include a background check or drug test. Summary/objective The Reconstruction Project Manager is tasked with successfully delivering all construction-related services for clients and critical relationships. Repairs Project Managers work diligently to meet and exceed customer expectations, develop, and grow referral relationships and steward the company brand. - Oversees all construction and repairs-based services
- Leads weekly production meetings
- Utilizes DASH, Company Cam, Slack, XactAnalysis and other Required Programs
- Manages and oversees adherence to budgeting and stop-work procedures
- Manages and coaches to monthly production goals
- Monitors performance data; anticipating, preventing, and solving problems
- Provides direction to all repairs sub-contractors
- Communicates with Management and Administrative Office Daily
- Determines feasibility of work, based on insurance coverages and nature of damages
- Inspects job sites to establish initial scope of work, confirms with insured and adjusters
- Assists in the recruitment and qualifying of subcontractors and vendors
- Assists Homeowners with Selecting Materials
- Reviews projects to ensure quality of work
- Leads all operational sales activities including but not limited to the following: a. 5×5’s b. Placing yard signs c. Capturing Agent of record information on required documentation d. Asking for Google reviews e. Asking for referrals and targeted recommendations
- Assists with Permitting Documentation
- Fields customer questions & concerns, resolving all issues, working with appropriate staff
- Invoices all repairs related projects
- Builds relationships with field adjusters, commercial business clients and other referral partners
- Oversees all repair related estimates and scopes all work
- Representing the company at industry events and associated groups as required Competencies
