Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Leadership Serve as the primary client liaison , ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. Drive Raving Fan initiatives , creating an exceptional homeowner experience. Manage expectations, document key decisions, and proactively resolve concerns. Project Execution & Financial Control Maintain and update the Gantt schedule weekly , identifying risks and ensuring on-time completion. Control project financials by tracking budgets, issuing Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, and Change Orders , and ensuring milestone billings are met. Manage cost forecasting and ensure financial transparency. Construction & Trade Partner Coordination Build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Partners to uphold Nautilus Homes’ high construction standards. Lead subcontractor meetings, OAC meetings, and job site coordination to maintain efficiency. Oversee submittal reviews, RFIs, and compliance with safety regulations . Leadership & Field Support Train and mentor Superintendents , aligning them with project goals. Conduct weekly site visits to enforce quality control and ensure alignment with Nautilus Homes’ standards. Provide strategic direction to field teams, ensuring seamless project execution. Pre-Construction & Administrative Excellence Collaborate with estimating to develop accurate budgets and manage job buyout. Oversee Accounts Payable , ensuring accurate vendor payments and cost allocations. Streamline project documentation and compliance processes. Who You Are Experienced Leader – 5+ years in custom home project management. Detail-Oriented & Proactive – Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and high-end clients. Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Procore (certification preferred) and construction management software. Excellent Communicator – Skilled at working with architects, engineers, designers, and homeowners.
