Construction Superintendent Florida Pool Professionals Inc. 3228 West State Road 426, Oviedo, FL 32765 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage swimming pool construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with expertise in blueprint reading, project scheduling, and quality control. This role requires effective communication and leadership skills to supervise teams and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Duties Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications. Supervise subcontractors and construction crews, providing guidance and support as needed. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship. Coordinate project scheduling, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Maintain clear communication within team to complete projects on time and on budget. Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the swimming pool construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management software Structure Studios is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and schematics with precision. Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team management. Familiarity with Municipality’s Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
