No previous roofing experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know from roof inspections to installations and beyond. All you need is a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.

What You’ll Do:

Material Handling & Delivery:

Handle and deliver building materials daily to new construction homes, following assigned routes and work order duration standards. Complete delivery work orders in the CRM (ServiceTitan or CompanyCam) as deliveries are made.

Job Site Operations:

Visit new construction sites to confirm that assigned work orders are completed on schedule. Perform quality control (QC) checks on installations and document with photos. Close out jobs in Skedulo after confirming completion.

Documentation & Reporting:

Upload all required photo documentation for completed material deliveries and QC checks. Complete labor and delivery work orders based on assigned durations and relay information to Branch or Area Managers.

Collaboration & Communication:

Communicate with Area Managers to ensure smooth operations. Check in with Branch Management twice daily — once in the morning and once at the end of the day before leaving.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain dress code policy and ensure safe working conditions.

Compensation & Perks:
