Foreman/Supervisor Frann Construction, Inc Apopka, FL 32703 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concrete Foreman/Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction and be responsible for ensuring crews are onsite and completing daily tasks. This role requires effective leadership skills, the ability to manage a team, and proficiency in using construction management software. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards. Manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and reporting. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly. Implement OSHA regulations to promote a safe working environment for all personnel. Use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing as needed during project execution. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential. Familiarity with construction management software. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively. Experience with quality control processes in construction projects is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
