Lead Field Supervisor Esrose Construction 766 North Sun Drive, Lake Mary, FL 32746 Esrose Construction is on the lookout for a seasoned Lead Field Supervisor to join our growing team. This role isn’t just about overseeing job sites—it’s about building people, too. You’ll lead multiple commercial construction projects from the field, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. But just as importantly, you’ll be mentoring the next generation of field supervisors, sharing your knowledge, setting the tone, and helping them grow into leaders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Create Schedules and Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple job sites Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on track Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and schedule adherence Train and mentor junior supervisors and field staff
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of supervisory experience in commercial construction (Tenant Improvements, Office Renovations, Retail Build-outs a plus) Strong leadership and communication skills (Both Verbal and Written) Ability to juggle multiple projects with confidence and clarity Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for quality and safety
