Posted Yesterday We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager with expertise in Construction Management. We specialize in site development, which involves preparing land for construction by clearing, earthmoving, and installing underground utilities. Our services include site clearing, earthmoving, concrete work, and underground utility installation, like drainage systems and water lines.
What you will be doing:
Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual projects.
Identification and management of the project and safety risks.
Development of the scope and estimate of the project through collaboration with the various project stakeholders.
Specification of all the relevant industry standards required for the design and construction of the facility.
Identification and the application for all the relevant permits that will be required for the construction and commissioning of the facility.
Embedment of a strong safety culture in the project team, contractors, and workers on site. What you need for this position: 3+ years of project management experience in related markets above
