  We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards, while effectively managing teams and resources. Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns
Prepare and submit project documentation, including reports and budgets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with project management software and tools
Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM) is a plus
Experience with residential and commercial construction projects is desirable Benefits
