This position plays a key role in ensuring job site efficiency, quality control, safety compliance, and crew productivity. Duties Coordinate daily job site operations in collaboration with the Director of Operations. Supervise roofing crews to ensure project goals and timelines are met. Maintain adequate materials and supplies at each job site. Conduct on-site quality control inspections throughout the installation process. Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code (FBC) and OSHA safety standards. Maintain job site documentation, including delay logs and weather reports. Coordinate with local inspection authorities and facilitate inspections. Deliver materials or trailers to job sites as needed. Perform additional tasks as required to support field operations. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project schedules and coordinate activities. Skills Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner. Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Capable of making sound decisions under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in capturing and uploading digital site photos. Familiar with FBC and OSHA safety protocols. Basic understanding of the construction industry and job site logistics. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Must be comfortable working at heights. Physically capable of walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, crawling, and lifting up to 100 lbs. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
