Survey Construction Manager 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Oviedo, FL 32765 Southern Development & Construction is looking for an experienced Survey Construction Manager. The Survey Manager will oversee survey activities on Construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with plans and regulations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of survey work.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and direct survey crews Proficiency in surveying techniques, equipment, and software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications:
5+ years of heavy construction survey experience A thorough understanding of control networks for heavy construction sites Must possess a thorough understanding of both Terrestrial and aerial lidar processes.
