We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure adherence to project schedules and safety standards. Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Coordinate with field coordinators and customers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Requirements Valid drivers’ license Ability to read construction drawings Must have basic computer proficiencies – Microsoft Office Suite Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the telecom construction industry Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred Benefits
