What We’re Searching For Adina is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Concrete Supervisor. In this leadership role, the Concrete Supervisor will oversee and manage concrete construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. We are looking for a dynamic professional who possesses strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of concrete construction techniques, and a proven track record of success in a supervisory role. What You’ll Do Supervise and coordinate concrete construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Oversee and direct a team of concrete technicians, ensuring that they perform their duties safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established guidelines and protocols. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to assess progress, identify potential issues or concerns, and implement corrective actions as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, superintendents, and subcontractors, to ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. What You Need Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a team of employees. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications. Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices related to construction work. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Who is RallyX?
