Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Ensure facilities are safe and meet environmental compliance standards, promptly addressing any hazards.
• Consistently deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Meet service performance goals with a focus on optimizing labor productivity.
• Track and improve key performance indicators while maintaining budget limits.
• Manage shop operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and colleagues through daily engagements.

Requirements:

• Exhibit professionalism, dedication, and a customer-focused attitude in service delivery.
• Show strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Display computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new skills.
