Job Description
Join an established and thriving construction company based in Fort Pierce, FL, with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality erosion control, seawalls, concrete pilings, and dock construction throughout South Florida. With $8 million of ongoing work on the board for 2025 and a strong reputation for ethical craftsmanship, this is an exciting opportunity to take charge as a Construction Project Manager in a well-respected business committed to excellence and employee growth. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include: 3-5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong work ethic and the ability to self-direct. Experience in underground utility work and paving, with a working knowledge of elevations and GPS equipment (Trimble); training provided if needed. Responsible for overseeing projects ranging from $100K to $5M over approximately one-year timelines. Proficiency in project management tools such as PowerTool, and familiarity with Procore and Excel preferred. Supervise 2-3 Superintendents and report directly to the Vice President. Work is split between office-based duties and site visits (approx. 50/50). Travel is strictly local, with a company vehicle and fuel card provided. Flexible working hours, typically 8 AM – 4 PM, with no required overnight travel.
Salary:
$100,000 – $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
