This position involves frequent job site visits to ensure quality workmanship, provide on-site support, and communicate directly with customers throughout the construction process. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Document job site conditions and generate clear, detailed reports Identify and solve on-site issues quickly and efficiently Interact with customers during site visits, ensuring a positive experience throughout the construction process Perform routine job site visits to monitor construction progress and quality Collaborate with field crews and subcontractors to ensure quality work and timely completion Ensure compliance with current building codes and safety regulations Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes and industry standards

Requirements :

Prior experience in the construction industry is required Experience in pool construction is strongly preferred Basic proficiency with computers (email, reporting tools, etc.) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
