Site Supervisor – Luxury Residential Owen Thomas Group Fort Pierce, FL 34951 Overview Our client, a high-end luxury house builder are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury custom housing, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures. Duties Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Utilize construction management software for project scheduling and budgeting. Manage subcontractors and labor teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship. Conduct regular inspections of work performed, implementing quality control measures to maintain standards. Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers. Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations and industry standards. Prepare reports on project progress, challenges, and milestones for management review. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Strong knowledge of schematics and the ability to read blueprints effectively. Familiarity with construction management software such as Primavera and HeavyBid is preferred. Proficient in using an ohmmeter and other relevant tools for quality control assessments. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong leadership skills with the capability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to establish contracts with vendors and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with project specifications.
