Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Superintendent that will be working between the field and office in Ft Lauderdale, FL. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing work on FDOT construction projects from start to finish. Working directly with our Project Manager and leading our foremen, crews, and subcontractors to ensure that we install our scope of work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards and specifications. The Superintendent will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and successful completion of projects. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent Experience in electrical and ITS is a must Experience in scheduling and leading crews, and quality control Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills Proficiency in MS Office and blue beam Familiarity with FDOT Standards and Specifications Ability to read and interpret Roadway and Electrical plans

COMPENSATION

Position is Full time. Salary will be assessed on experience. Benefit packages, Paid Holiday and Vacation provided.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3 years’ minimum experience is required as Electrical Superintendent ITS and Roadway Lighting experience Ability to lead others Current Valid Driver’s License Minimum High School Graduate, GED or equivalent. Degrees are preferred. Strong communication and problem solving skills Must work well with all other employees, vendors, general contractors etc. Computer skills in Microsoft office, Excel, etc. Effective planner and well organized Punctuality and a winning attitude.
