- To provide onsite leadership on Electrical Projects for 8-koi; a diverse Florida based service and consulting company that has been providing outstanding results for our clients.
- Duties and responsibilities
- + Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel + Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors + Recruiting, hiring, training, managing and mentoring employees and contractors + Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs + Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures + Developing and managing project budgets and quality standards for all sites + Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably + Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials + May assist in training or supervising new employees.

- Qualifications/ Education / Experience
- + Requires a minimum of 7 years trade experience.
+ Employee must have and maintain an OSHA 30 certification + Employee must have and maintain a clean, valid Florida Driver’s license + Must have experience and be able to perform all of the duties required of the positions under him /her. + Proven experience in electrical supervision + Knowledge of electrical codes + Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines. + Excellent communication and leadership skills. + Must have critical thinking skills. + Must have valid driver’s license + Valid Journeyman License in the State of Florida (Preferred)
