The Role
As a General Superintendent, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily construction site operations for projects such as roadways, bridges, and utility installations.
Leading and coordinating the on-site workforce, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure timely and on-budget project completion.
Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company procedures.
Managing schedules, resource allocation, and overall project efficiency to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and field teams to align on project goals.
Ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with project specifications.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Heavy Civil construction, specifically road construction, bridges, and infrastructure.

Demonstrated success in managing projects from start to finish with a focus on quality and efficiency.
OSHA certifications and a valid driver’s license (required).
