Construction Office Manager North Florida Fire Protection Lake Helen, FL 32744 Office Manager We are looking for Office Manager who is a flexible problem-solver with superb communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Effective multitasking and a unique ability to handle the unexpected are essential for success in this position.
Applicant must:
Have a working competency with construction administration and accounting workflows and processes Be highly organized with attention to detail Have strong technology and software skills in excel, Office, Outlook, One Drive Possess excellent organizational skills, including an ability to prioritize activities and work with limited supervision Knowledgeable in job permitting process, ordering material, scheduling inspections Have a working competency with construction administration and accounting, coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and material ordering Payroll, accounting with AR/AP, invoicing a plus!
