Construction Project Coordinator Bob’s Custom Tile and Remodeling LLC New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Coordinator to lead our construction teams on various projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will oversee daily operations, ensure quality control, and maintain safety standards on-site while managing project schedules and resources effectively. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Provide and collect documentation to streamline operations. Manage project schedules, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently. Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship. Retrieve and deliver job site materials Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Assist in keeping installers on task and within the contracted scope of work. Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to address any issues or changes. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in supervising teams and ensuring adherence to quality control standards. Proficient in construction estimating techniques and practices.
