Site Representative
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the overall field activities, safety and close coordination with the Project Manager, facility manager, subcontractors and any other individual as required. Tasks include but are not limited to the following: Personnel Manage and direct field employees, subcontractors, and vendors while on-site, and any other responsibilities that the Site Representative may be required to execute and perform per the contract and/or Company requirements. Project Requirements Oversee the performance of the project tasks within the Government and/or Prime Contractor Statement of Work (SOW) per project specifications and drawings. Perform and provide daily reports as required. Responsible for overseeing safety, quality, schedule and costs. Read and understand the project plans, scope, and budget. Change orders or Direct order coordination with the Prime Contractor and/or Contracting Officer. Provide technical assistance. Perform hands-on work activities at times when needed. Perform quality control measures and audits. Identify potential project problems and exercise peremptory mitigation. Coordinate with equipment vendors and rental companies. Verify all operators of heavy equipment have the necessary credentials. Insure all safety requirements are strictly followed. Maintain a clean and organized work site.
LOCATION OF JOB POSITION
Multiple project locations exist for the Site Representative. Macon, Georgia Grand Forks, North Dakota Spokane, Washington
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Hands-on experience related to Military fuel systems. Military background a plus.
EDUCATION & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Military service preferred. Experience in any of the following is a plus: U.S. Military “Liquid Fuel Systems” (LFM) “Petroleum Oils and Lubricants” (POL) DoD Fuels Experience managing fuels field operations is preferred. Some proficiency in Microsoft applications is required. Able to pass military background check for access to U.S. Military installations and a clean driving record are required. Able to pass drug & alcohol pre-employment screening and any other random drug testing is required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Site Representative will be required to travel to project sites and remain on site for the duration of projects. Site Representative may be required to travel seventy-five (75) of the employment time. Salary commensurate with experience.
