Site Manager Statesboro Remodeling Co Statesboro, GA 30458 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Leadman to oversee construction projects and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The Leadman will be responsible for coordinating team efforts, managing resources, and maintaining safety protocols on-site, as well as installing and working along side men, when needed. This role requires a strong background in various construction skills, including concrete finishing, electrical work, trim carpentry, and more. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of construction workers to ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate daily tasks and delegate responsibilities based on team members’ strengths. Ensure quality control by inspecting work performed for adherence to specifications and standards. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with project managers to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions. Provide training and mentorship to team members on various construction techniques. Manage materials and equipment to ensure they are used efficiently and effectively. Assist in various construction tasks as needed, including but not limited to:

• Framing
• Electrical installations
• Trim carpentry
• Plastering
• Painting
• Cabinet installation
• Window installation
• Door hanging
• Siding
• Flooring Requirements Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of various construction skills, including concrete finishing, electrical work, trim carpentry, plastering, painting, cabinet installation, glass installation, and door hanging. Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Commitment to maintaining high safety standards on-site. Physical ability to perform manual labor as required by the job.
