Description:
As the Construction Project Manager for Jones Petroleum, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage construction projects to ensure their successful completion within scope, budget, and schedule. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate resources, monitor progress, and resolve issues as they arise. Your role is essential in delivering high-quality construction projects that meet our expectations and contribute to the overall success of the organization
Requirements:
Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives, budget, and schedule. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders. Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track. Communicate regularly with project teams, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, regulations, and procedures Review and approve project deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and change orders, to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage project finances, including tracking expenses, approving invoices, and monitoring project costs to ensure profitability. Provide leadership and guidance, including mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Collaborate with the Senior Construction Project Manager to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize project delivery. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
