Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from inception to completion. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project execution, keeping schedules and budgets on track, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This position will be based on project assignment and requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Manage all project documentation, scheduling, and financial tracking.
Lead project hand-off meetings and ensure seamless transitions into construction phases.
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules.
Obtain necessary permits and oversee contractual obligations with subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while maintaining an organized job site.
Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time project delivery.
Manage client relationships and collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct employee evaluations and oversee hiring processes for field personnel. Qualifications Previous experience in construction project management or a degree in Building Science, Engineering, or Construction Management.
PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR training preferred.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
