Key Responsibilities Lead, direct, and mentor Project Managers to ensure successful project completion Oversee project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication Enforce quality standards and safety protocols on all projects Manage subcontractors, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with plans and regulations Maintain up-to-date cost tracking to align with profitability estimates Handle contract negotiations, change orders, and customer documentation Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all project activities Act as a strategic partner, optimizing workflows and team efficiency

Required Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or related field

Experience:

Five or more years in commercial construction project management At least one year in a leadership or managerial role

Licensing:

Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid

Driver’s License Technical Proficiency:

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Project management software (Procore or similar) Accounting cost management software (Sage or similar) Scheduling software (Microsoft Project or similar)

Adobe/Bluebeam Skills:
