Oversee and manage multiple civil and commercial construction projects across Georgia, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams . Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L responsibility . Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success. Lead risk analysis, problem-solving, and resolution efforts to mitigate delays and cost overruns. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

12+ years of experience in civil and commercial construction with a strong background in self-perform operations. Proven track record in managing projects $300M+ in value . Strong understanding of alternative delivery methods and contract procedures. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management , or a related field. Experience leading teams across multiple project sites, with strong team coordination and communication skills . Proficiency in project management tools and scheduling software. • Please not this job will work out of the Savannah, Georgia office but will be required to periodically drive to the Augusta and Athens’ offices.
