Construction Management Base Salary:

$70,000-80,000 We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience in the restoration industry to oversee field operations and manage residential and commercial projects. This role is essential to ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from initiation to completion Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with industry standards Estimate job scopes using Xactimate and document work using platforms like DocuSketch Lead and support field staff, subcontractors, and vendors Handle TPA assignments while ensuring program compliance Build and maintain positive relationships with insurance adjusters, property owners, and stakeholders Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and progress standards are met Coordinate use of fleet, tools, equipment, and materials for maximum efficiency Monitor KPIs and assist in identifying opportunities for operational improvements

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in restoration or construction project management Solid leadership and team management skills Proficiency in Xactimate and DocuSketch preferred Experience with TPA programs and insurance-related work Residential restoration experience required; commercial experience is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
