Full-Time Lead with Purpose. Coordinate with Impact. Our well-established home care agency is seeking a Coordination Director to join our team at our Savannah, GA office . We are expanding due to rapid growth and need dedicated professionals to support our mission. Our agency provides a full range of services, including medical home health care , non-medical home care , infusion , and pharmacy services , with a strong focus on supporting individuals who need assistance with daily living or have physical or developmental disabilities. As the Coordination Director , you will oversee scheduling operations, lead the scheduling team, support administrative functions, and participate in an on-call rotation (1-2 weeks per month) to ensure continuous, high-quality care. Occasional travel to other office locations may be required for training, team support, or operational needs. Qualifications:
3+ years of home health or home care scheduling experience 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role Experience in team coaching, interviewing, and handling employee performance matters Strong organizational, multitasking, and conflict-resolution skills Tech-savvy and experienced with scheduling software and EMR systems Professional, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented Willingness to travel locally as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all scheduling activities for caregivers and clinicians (RN, PT, OT, SLP) Train, coach, and evaluate scheduling team members to ensure performance and efficiency Support the hiring and termination process for scheduling staff, including interviewing and onboarding Mediate escalations involving scheduling conflicts or personnel concerns Manage last-minute changes, call-outs, and shift adjustments with professionalism and urgency Participate in on-call rotation (1-2 weeks/month) to ensure 24/7 operational support Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to forecast staffing needs and improve coverage strategy Ensure accurate documentation and support pre-billing/payroll coordination Foster a collaborative, responsive, and high-performing team culture Willingness to travel to other office locations for training and support, as needed Apply now to bring leadership, coordination, and compassion together in a role that truly matters.
