The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with the ability to motivate and develop key personnel, ensuring high standards of service across multiple sites. Must be able to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily janitorial operations across the assigned region. Planned travel and availability to leave when needed. Lead and motivate a team of site managers and janitorial staff. Conduct site visits regularly, with frequent travel required. Communicate effectively with staff and customers to ensure satisfaction. Perform cleaning duties alongside team members as needed. Schedule, hire, and train new staff; provide shift coverage when necessary. Assist with new site start-ups and ensure smooth operations. Maintain strong organizational skills and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in janitorial management or a similar role. Physically capable of performing job duties and being on your feet most of the day. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Willingness to travel frequently, especially during the initial period. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Energetic, hardworking, and friendly with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
