Position Overview:
We’re hiring a dedicated Military Move Lead to take charge of military household goods (HHG) relocations in partnership with HomeSafe Alliance and other Government Contracts . This lead is responsible for ensuring all aspects of the move comply with DoD regulations while leading and communicating with our onsite team on-site with safety, precision, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the in officer trainer lead for all military HHG moves : packing, loading, delivery, and unpacking. Ensure full compliance with HomeSafe Alliance processes, digital platforms (CRM, Hub, Service Member App, HSA GO), and military/HSA regulations. Accurately complete all necessary documentation including inventory, weight tickets, and condition reports. Train and supervise team members on safe packing/loading and proper conduct during military moves. Communicate respectfully with HSA and or service members if requested, their families, and move coordinators. Help inspect direct crew to prepare trucks and equipment daily to ensure safety and cleanliness. Maintain high service standards and resolve any on-site issues with professionalism. Submit daily updates, incident reports, and job feedback to the Operations Manager. Assist with other operational duties as assigned by the Operations Manager , including but not limited to: residential or commercial moving, junk removal, warehouse management, vehicle inspections, and team coaching.
