This position requires 10+ years of Project Manager or Project Engineer experience in a self-perform environment and expertise in structural concrete, marine construction, treatment plants, yard piping, and/or inside mechanical piping. Experience in Wastewater Treatment Plant construction is required. The ideal Project Manager will be familiar with alternative delivery methods and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the complete execution of waste water treatment, civil construction, and/or marine construction projects both public and private. You will manage a team of Project Engineer’s and associated field management as well as subcontractors and the owner/representatives. The Project Manager position’s accountability includes, but is not limited to: Pre-construction, project set-up, cost control, scheduling, full P&L responsibility, risk analysis, safety and complete project oversight. Background Profile 10+ years’ experience in Waste Water Treatment Plant and Heavy Civil construction (combined experience okay) BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience Proven experience in managing projects from cradle to grave Experience in managing self-perform forces in excavation, underground utilities, mechanical piping, structural concrete, or marine construction. Exposure to wastewater treatment Plant Construction is required
