AB_4762755 The Regional Manager will be responsible for growing our presence in the region, managing daily operations, leading a skilled team, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in our commercial and industrial paint, drywall and flooring projects. The Manager should be able to manage projects, have P&L and budgetary responsibility and be a strong and effective leader.

Qualifications:

5+ Years of Experience Project Management Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field strong business development and client relationship skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills Possess a strong work ethic Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets Ability to read construction blueprints & specifications Clean Driving Record OSHA 10
