Our client is an industry leader of residential specialty products. They sell to homeowners, builders, and developers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of residential lift systems by building strong customer relationships, conducting site assessments, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate has a background in B2C and B2B sales, a solid understanding of home construction or renovation, and a customer-first attitude. Base salary is $50-55k and with commissions, annual earnings can be in the $200k range. Responsibilities
- perform market research to identify new customers (e.g. homeowners, residential general contractors, and residential builders)
- make presentations to prospective clients
- project manage job sites to ensure construction meets company guidelines and all code requirements
- regularly update clients on project progress
- travel to prospective and existing clients’ locations
- attend industry events and tradeshows
- prepare sales and marketing reports
- maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM
- stay up to date on industry news and trends Experience
- at least three years of experience successfully selling into the construction space or selling specialty products
