Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to managing commercial or industrial construction projects . Residential experience will not be considered for this role. You’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure projects stay on track, and maintain communication between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and schedules Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget Develop cost estimates for labor, materials, and supplies Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, vendors, and suppliers Oversee delivery and inventory of materials and equipment Hire and assign subcontractors as needed Maintain accurate daily job site logs and report updates to management Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics Make operational adjustments as needed to meet deadlines Apply cost-effective, efficient project management techniques

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role Experience in commercial or industrial construction is required Ability to read and understand construction plans and schematics Strong organizational and leadership skills Willingness to travel out of state depending on project locations Valid Driver’s License (Required) Reliable transportation and ability to commute to job sites
