Canton, GA Mission:

To support a production team primarily in the field focused aspects of the repair process by providing exceptional communication to all parties (customer, project manager, and trade partners), ensuring quality workmanship per the scope of repairs, and effective job site management.

Compensation Range:

$40,000

• $50,000 per year base salary Opportunity to earn up additional quarterly incentive Opportunity to share company profits through our Profit Based Bonus Plan Company issued vehicle OR up to $550/ month auto allowance

Education/Professional Experience/Skills:

Minimum 1 year of construction experience Construction management preferred

Team Member Expectations:

Communication

• Ability to display excellence in communication with respective production team on job updates & task completion as well as customer communication of assigned tasks Scope Knowledge
• Detailed understanding of the contracted scope of repairs including what is and is not required as well as fully executed documentation for any changes to that scope of repairs to assist the team/PM toward completion of their goals. Business Systems
• Developing knowledge of business systems, moving towards proficiency. Trade Partners
