The Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, addressing issues that arise, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of construction sites to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate and manage site development activities, including grading and roadway construction.
Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project progress.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor compliance with safety and quality regulations.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
Problem-solve and address any issues that arise during the construction process. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in civil construction and site development.
Strong knowledge of grading, roadway construction, and general site development practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
