  • Hybrid work Construction Project Manager This person will have a strong background in Retail/Commercial Construction and be accustomed to a flexible working environment.

Pivotal Retail Group is a full-spectrum program planning & implementation company, performing a wide variety of support professional & in-store field services for retailers, brands & manufacturers. We are currently seeking the right candidate to fill the role of Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of a construction project/projects, be part of a team from the beginning to the end and work closely with the client/s to ensure expectations are met. Responsible for making sure the project is completed on budget and on time.

Education:

3+ years of work experience as a Construction Project Manager 5+ years of Retail Construction- preferred

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Planning and implementation of projects Work with local authorities for inspections and permits Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements Selecting subcontractors and delegating work Manage project budgets Track project deliverables using web-based tools Site visits, store walks and punch walks Provide direction and support to the construction project team Continuously monitor and report on the progress of all projects to client Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve completion
