Base Salary:

$65-68k

Per Diem:

As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll have the opportunity to: Work alongside the Lead Superintendent to manage the daily operations on the commercial construction site. Assist in coordinating and supervising trade contractors and their subcontractors in the commercial sector. Participate in developing, documenting, and communicating fieldwork plans, including any changes that arise during commercial construction. Support the implementation of safety protocols as the on-site safety representative in the commercial setting. Communicate project schedule updates and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors in the context of commercial construction. Collaborate on planning, coordinating, and managing jobsite logistics specific to commercial projects. Contribute to ensuring the completion of commercial projects with a strong emphasis on quality.
